Clinical Study on Prevention of Nasal Injury during Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in Neonates

To explore a nursing method which for suitable neonatal nasal continuous positive airway pressure to prevent injury. 106 newborns treated with admitted in our hospital from January 2020 October were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group (n=53) control according randomized principle, of neonates used U-shaped plugs during transnasal ventilation, while cut hydrocolloid dressing bunny shape, punched holes size children’s nostrils pasted them on nose before using congestion.
